With the last 40 years spent building new homes we bring a wealth of experience from the past and combine it with meticulous quality procedures and attention to detail, to create beautiful forward thinking homes. A family company with family values, we unlock land and revitalise tired buildings to create vibrant living spaces in
Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

We specialise in all aspects of the development process. We are heavily involved in the design of our buildings, with each site being designed specifically to suit its surroundings. This can be facilitated using our in house design capabilties or by teaming up with leading architects, to take a project from initial concept through to construction. During the construction phase, we act as main/principle contractor through our sister company Hallson Construction LLP to ensure we have full control of quality throughout the build process, while our Customer Care team ensures this is continued following the purchase of your new home.

What do we do differently?

Each site is specifically designed to suit it's location with the target customers in mind. We are heavily involved in the design of our projects with internal design capabilities as well as working alongside partner designers and architects. This provides our customers with properties which are unique to them and their location.
CUSTOMER CENTRIC APPROACH
We put our customers at the centre of our business, ensuring the customer experience is at the forefront every step of the way. From initial design in creating our homes with the customer in mind, assisting our customers through the sales process and after purchase with our after care customer service team.
CONSTRUCTION
QUALITY CONTROL
We act as Main Contractor for all of our projects. This enables us to ensure the quality of build meets our meticulously high standards with our stringent quality control procedures from start to finish. This gives our customers the peace of mind that a Hallson Home will meet their expectations.
